Why choose our Borrower Insurance?

Loan insurance generally referred to as borrower insurance is a guarantee requested by lenders when applying for a loan. Although it is not a legal obligation, it is required in almost all cases. This insurance makes it possible to cover the risks of non-payment whatever their causes, which explains why it is thus required. It includes guarantees covering the risks of incapacity, invalidity and even loss of employment.

The subscription of a loan requires a financing plan which presents the expenses and the receipts. Loans are often repaid over a long period.

Borrower insurance covers your liability as a borrower, but also the bank in the event of a dispute. The purpose of our borrower insurance is to help you find a solution in the event of a dispute. If it turns out that your income is in full decline, our advisers work with you to find solutions in order to manage you towards new businesses, or for the creation of a new business project, for example in the event that you would lose your job, they work with you on the loan that the bank allocated to you by leading you towards a business project, in order to be able to finance your real estate project. Guarantees

The basic guarantee is the Death Guarantee (DC) : in the event of the death of the borrower, the insurance will pay the outstanding capital linked to the loan. In addition, there is also the Total and Irreversible Loss of Autonomy (PTIA) : 3rd category disability requiring the assistance of a third person to perform acts of daily living.

The other guarantees are Total Work Incapacity (ITT) and Total Permanent Disability (IPT). The borrower is considered to be in a state of ITT if he is unable to exercise his profession and if he does not carry out any other remunerative activity.

Please note that some contracts consider the inability to practice any profession, and allow the insurer to more easily challenge the coverage. Finally, even if after stabilization of his condition following an accident or illness, the borrower is in a state of disability greater than or equal to 66%, the borrower is considered to be in IPT that’s to say in Interpersonal therapy.

The borrower can also choose a Partial Permanent Disability guarantee option, similar to the IPT but with a degree of disability between 33% and 66%.

If a couple plans to borrow, they can choose the part (quota) of insurance to allocate to each person.

Several combinations are possible, for example depending on the income of each borrower.
